Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Sarah & Eve London and to every distance contract and order concluded between Sarah & Eve London and the consumer.

Article 4 – The Offer

  • The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.

  • Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly in color or appearance due to screen settings.

  • Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on Sarah & Eve London.

Article 5 – The Contract

  • The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the stated conditions.

  • A contract is only concluded once we have issued an Order Confirmation email.

  • Sarah & Eve London reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, even after an Order Confirmation has been sent.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the product, unless otherwise stated in our specific Return Policy.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless explicitly stated otherwise by us in writing.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Hygienic products where the seal has been broken.

Article 9 – Pricing & Customs

  • All prices listed on the website include delivery charges but are exclusive of any fees, taxes, duties, or levies.

  • Import Duties: As goods are shipped from a non-EU country (China), any customs duties or import VAT are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Sarah & Eve London reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Article 10 – Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders require 1–3 working days for confirmation, quality inspection, and packing.

  • Delivery Time: Average delivery takes 3–8 days after dispatch.

  • Total estimated time from order to door is usually 4–11 working days.

  • Delays caused by external factors (such as suppliers, customs, or public holidays) are outside our direct control.

Article 11 – Complaints

Article 12 – Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Manchester, United Kingdom.
